Easy to Use

This is an awesome onigiri maker. Soak it in some water before use. Just a few minutes on each side was enough. Once that is done I placed the mold on a wood cutting board and pressed in the prepared rice very firmly with a bit of plastic wrap to make it really tight. After that, lift the mold and slowly push the rice out using the plastic wrap. It worked out perfect!
