Avoid exposing the board to boiling water or placing it in a hot air cabinet to preserve its integrity. Clean the board after each use with warm water and mild detergent. Do not place in a dishwasher. For disinfection, you may use boiling water, chlorine or oxygen bleach, or ultraviolet light as needed.
