The Hario V60 SS thermal brewer is by far better than the earlier models. I purchased this mainly for the capacity, but I am very happy with the insulation of this brewer for both hot and cold brews. The lid has been improved as well for ease of cleaning as this was an issue a lot of people had with the previous design. Overall, it is a great product, and I would recommend it.
