使用方法とお手入れ
- 中性洗剤で洗い（ナイロンブラシの使用が望ましい）、十分に乾燥させてください。しつこい汚れには、家庭用漂白剤をご使用いただけますが、長時間浸け置きはお避けください。
- 食器洗い機には対応していません。洗浄や乾燥で加熱すると、ボードが柔らかくなったり、曲がったりする可能性があります。
- UV滅菌器に対応しています。長時間の照射は変色の原因となることがありますが、品質には問題ありません。
- 火のそばに置いたり、熱いフライパンを置いたりすると、変形の原因となります。また、保管のために立てかけると、反りや変形の原因となります。
- 合成ゴムや木粉の臭いがすることがありますが、食品衛生検査の材料試験および溶解試験の安全基準を満たしています。臭いは使用するうちに徐々に消えていきます。
