長谷川のスパチュラは、あなたのキッチンに最適な選択肢となる多くの特長を備えています。5つのサイズがあり、耐熱温度は130°Cまで、そして最高の耐摩耗性を実現した超高分子量ポリマーで作られています。また、内分泌かく乱物質（環境ホルモン）を含まず、木製のチップが食事に混入するのを防ぎます。さらに、木製の芯構造により、400mmを超えるサイズの製品では剛性と軽量化を実現しています。
長谷川のスパチュラの使用と手入れ
長谷川のスパチュラは、使いやすくお手入れも簡単です。90℃の熱風に90分耐えることができ、食器洗い機でも安全です（90°C以下の温度）。また、5分以内であれば水中で煮沸することも安全で、塩素/酸素系漂白剤や紫外線にも安全です。
