特徴
- Ebematsu Co., Ltdの高級飯台は、耐久性のある日本のサワラ材で作られており、防水性があります。
- 天然木製のボウルは、炊いた米から余分な水分を吸収するように設計されており、広い混合面は熱い米をすばやく冷まします。
初回使用前
- 木の松ヤニと苦味を軽減するために、飯台にお湯を張り、180mlの酢を加えます。水が冷めるまで放置します（2〜3時間）。
- ボウルをきれいな水で洗い、柔らかいティータオルで乾かします。
毎回使用する前
- 使用前に、木製ボウルの内側を濡らし、柔らかいティータオルで軽く乾かします（または、湿らせた布でボウルの内側を拭いて、少し湿らせます）。
- これにより、ボウルの変色や食品からの臭いの移行を防ぐことができます。
使用後のお手入れ
- 使用後すぐに、飯台に水を張り、柔らかいブラシで洗って、ボウルから米や残留物を取り除きます。
- ボウルを水と中性洗剤で洗います。
- 刺激の強い洗剤や漂白剤は使用しないでください。
- 洗浄後、柔らかいティータオルでボウルをすぐに乾かしてください。
- 直射日光や極端な温度を避け、乾燥した場所に保管してください。
- カビが生える可能性があるため、長時間浸したままにしないでください。
