Before The First Use
- To Reduce The Pine Tar And Bitterness Of The Wood, Fill The Hangiri With Hot Water And Add 180 Ml Of Vinegar. Leave Until The Water Cools (2-3 Hours).
- Wash The Bowl With Clean Water And Dry With A Soft Tea Towel.
Before Every Use
- Before Use, Wet The Inside Of The Wooden Bowl And Dry Lightly With A Soft Tea Towel (Or Wipe The Inside Of The Bowl With A Damp Cloth To Moisten It Slightly).
- Doing This Will Help Prevent Discoloration Of The Bowl And The Transfer Of Odors From The Food.
After Use &Amp; Care
- Immediately After Use, Fill The Hangiri With Water And Clean With A Soft Brush To Remove Any Rice Or Residue From The Bowl.
- Wash The Bowl With Water And Gentle Soap.
- Do Not Use Harsh Detergents Or Bleaching Agents.
- Dry The Bowl Promptly With A Soft Tea Towel After Washing.
- Store In A Dry Area Away From Direct Sunlight And Extreme Temperatures.
- Do Not Leave It Soaking For A Long Time, As It May Cause Mold Growth.
