Bake The Lid And Body Separately In The Oven At About 170°C For About 30 Minutes. 3. While The Pan Is Still Hot, Spread A Thin Layer Of Shortening Or Spray Oil Evenly On The Inside Of The Pan. 4. Bake Again In The Oven At About 250°C For About 20 Minutes To Finish Air Baking. The Pan Will Be Slightly Brownish In Color Because Of The Oil And Fat Film.
