Hikiyose Is A Wooden Product Created By La Luz Inc. That Combines Modern Design With Two Traditional Japanese Manufacturing Skills: Kijibiki And Yosegi. Kijibiki Is A Process Of Shaping Wooden Material Into A Bowl Using An Edged Tool And Lathe, While Yosegi Is A Wooden Mosaic Works Combining Different Types Of Wood Pieces. The Product Was Designed By Kaichiro Yamada Of Kaichi Design, And It Won The Good Design Award In 2014.
Using &Amp; Caring For Hikiyose
To Ensure The Longevity Of Your Hikiyose Product, It Is Important To Follow The Care And Use Instructions. Avoid Using It In A High Temperature Or Humidity Environment, Extreme Dryness Or Direct Sunlight, As This May Cause Cracks Or Deformation. It Is Not Compatible With Gas Stoves, Microwaves Or Dishwashers, And It Should Not Be Left Wet Or With Food Inside. If There Is An Initial Smell, Pour Hot Water In It And Wait Three Minutes, Then Drain And Wipe It Before Use. After Use, Wash It With A Soft Sponge And Neutral Detergent Dissolved In Warm Water, And Wipe It Dry With A Cloth.
