The Luke Series By Noda Horo Co.,Ltd. Features A Classic Design With A Stable Base And A Unique, Chubby Form. Crafted Using 1.6Mm Thick Iron Plate, The Casserole Pan Is Designed For Optimum Weight And Heat Retention. It Slowly Distributes Heat To The Ingredients, Which Is Ideal For Boiling And Steaming. The Luke Series Is Compatible With Ih100V/200V, But Not With Microwave Ovens And Dishwashers. To Maintain The Pan In Best Condition, It Is Recommended To Wash And Dry The Luke Series After Each Use. It Is Also Important To Avoid Using Abrasive Sponges That Could Damage The Surface. Since The Enamel Coating Process May Leave Some Edges And Parts Not Completely Covered, It Is Important To Keep The Cracked Parts Dry To Prevent Rusting.
