Available In 5 Sizes, This Spatula Is Heat-Resistant Up To 130°C And Prevents Wooden Chips From Being Fallen Into Meal, Getting Burned, Or Cracked. It Is Also Free Of Endocrine Disruptors (Environmental Hormones) And Made With Ultrahigh Molecular Weight Polymers That Have Achieved The Highest Level Of Wear Resistance. For Items Larger Than 400Mm, The Wood Core Structure Enables Rigidity And Weight Reduction. When Using The Hasegawa Spatula, It Is Important To Follow Its Care Instructions. It Resists 90°C Hot Air For 90 Minutes And Is Also Dishwasher Safe At Temperatures Below 90°C. It Should Not Be Boiled For More Than 5 Minutes And Is Safe For Boiled Water, Chlorine/Oxygen Bleach, And Ultra Violet.
