Introducing Ebematsu Co.'S Baking Pan, The Perfect Addition To Your Kitchen. This Baking Pan Is Designed To Bake Fluffy And Freshly Bread, Which You Can Enjoy With Your Family And Friends. For Best Results, Ensure You Wash It Well After Use And Dry It Completely Before Storage.
Air Baking For Best Results
Before Using The Ebematsu Baking Pan For The First Time, It'S Important To Empty Burn It To Ensure You Get The Best Results. To Do This, Wash It Well With Detergent And A Soft Sponge, And Then Bake The Lid And Body Separately In The Oven At About 170°C For About 30 Minutes. Once This Is Done, Spread A Thin Layer Of Shortening Or Spray Oil Evenly On The Inside Of The Pan, And Bake Again In The Oven At About 250°C For About 20 Minutes. This Will Give The Pan A Slightly Brownish Hue Due To The Oil Or Fat Film.
