60-Day Exchange-Return and Refund Policy

We have a “60-Day Exchange-Return Policy” that applies to both refunds and returns:
  • You will have 60 days from the time the item is "shipped to your home" to contact the complaint or request a refund or return the goods. We will not resolve any issues beyond the 60-day period.
  • Applies to return: You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can return a purchased product for any of the following reasons: The item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please check your order and contact us immediately if these cases occur.
  • Apply for a refund: We will resolve the refund issue for the customer within 60 days from the date of receipt of the claim, and refund request.
Note:
  • We only accept damage resolution or refund/return requests if the customer attaches a video of the unboxing process that captures the moment you start opening and inspecting the items inside and gets more pictures as detailed as possible.
  • You are responsible for actively researching and updating conditions for importing goods into your country.
  • “Goods delivered to your home”: The time when the carrier announces that the goods have been delivered to your home. Not when you open the package.
We will not accept returns and refunds from you for one of the following reasons:
  • The product has been used.
  • For “personal feelings” reasons such as: Changing my mind, I don't like the product or The product is not right for me.
  • The product is not sold on Japan With Love.
  • Items with a low shelf life (less than 2 months), perishable products (food, flowers, or plants), and personalized products.
  • We do not accept returns due to allergies. Before purchasing the product, please contact us to check the ingredients contained in the product.
