使用とお手入れ
- 小さいサイズ（110 mm）は、片手鉄製中華鍋27〜30 cm、中くらいのサイズ（120 mm）は、33 cm以上で使用できます。
- 納品時、山田鉄製品は輸送および保管中の錆を防ぐために保護ワニスでコーティングされています。ワニスは、下の裸の金属を露出させるために高温で焼き払う必要があり、お玉のボウルは最初の使用前に十分にシーズニングする必要があります。
