山田工業所は、日本の横浜にある家族経営の工房で、3世代にわたって続いており、日本で唯一のハンマー打ち中華鍋の製造業者です。丸底の中華鍋は、42cmと45cmの2つのサイズがあり、未シーズニングのオプションのみが用意されています。山田の中華鍋は、その優れた品質で知られており、プロからも高く評価されています。
プレスされた中華鍋とは全く異なり、一つ一つ手作りされた精巧なハンマー打ちの表面が特徴です。適切な使用と手入れのために、未シーズニングの中華鍋は定期的に在庫があり、配送時には防錆保護コーティングが施されています。最初に使用する前に、中華鍋を加熱してコーティングを焼き切り、冷めたら洗剤で洗ってください。その後、中華鍋を慣らすために、野菜くずを炒めることをお勧めします。
一方、プレシーズニングされた中華鍋は受注生産品です。防錆コーティングの代わりに、中華鍋は食用油で仕上げられています。ご注文を受けてから製造するため、発送まで5～10週間かかります。最初に使用する前に、中華鍋を加熱してコーティングを焼き切る必要はありませんが、洗剤で洗ってください。その後、中華鍋を慣らすために、野菜くずを炒めることをお勧めします。
