Hikiyose 木製製品
Hikiyoseは、現代的なデザインと、「木地挽き」と「寄木」という2つの伝統的な製造技術を組み合わせた木製品です。前者は、刃物と旋盤を使って木材を碗状に成形するもので、後者は、さまざまな種類の木材を使って木のモザイクを作るものです。
山田佳一郎（Kaichi Design）によるデザインで、Hikiyoseは2014年にグッドデザイン賞を受賞しました。
使用とお手入れ
耐久性と寿命を確保するために、Hikiyoseは高温、極度の乾燥、直射日光、または強い衝撃にさらさないでください。ひび割れや変形の原因となります。また、硬い研磨剤、スポンジ、シンナー、ベンジンなどで洗浄すると、コーティングが剥がれることがあります。Hikiyoseは、ガスコンロ、電子レンジ、オーブン、食器洗い機にも対応していません。また、長時間水に浸すことも避けてください。
使用後は、柔らかい布と中性洗剤をぬるま湯に溶かして洗い、布で拭いて乾かすことをお勧めします。臭いを軽減するには、碗に熱湯を注ぎ、3分待ってから排水し、拭いてください。染み、カビ、または細菌の繁殖を防ぐために、食品を碗に入れたままにしたり、濡れたままにしたりしないでください。
