Hikiyose - 日本の伝統工芸とモダンデザインの融合
Hikiyoseは、日本の伝統的な製造技術である「木地挽き」と「寄木」を組み合わせた木製品です。木地挽きとは、刃物と旋盤を使って木材を椀状に成形する技術で、寄木とは、さまざまな種類の木片を組み合わせて木のモザイクを作る技術です。Kaichi Designの山田佳一郎氏がデザインしたHikiyoseは、2014年にグッドデザイン賞を受賞しました。
使用とお手入れ
- 高温多湿、極度の乾燥、直射日光の当たる場所での長時間の使用は、ひび割れや変形の原因となりますのでお避けください。
- 落下させたり、強い衝撃を与えないようにご注意ください。ひび割れや破損の原因となります。研磨剤入りのたわしやスポンジは使用しないでください。
- シンナーやベンジンなどの研磨剤は、コーティングが剥がれる原因となりますので使用しないでください。
- Hikiyoseは、ガスコンロ、電子レンジ、食器洗い機には対応していません。
- 長時間水に浸けないでください。ひび割れや曲がりの原因となります。
- 食品を入れたままにしたり、濡れたままにしたりしないでください。シミ、カビ、細菌の繁殖の原因となります。
- 使い始めに臭いが気になる場合は、熱湯を注いで3分ほど置いてから、水気を切り、乾拭きしてからご使用ください。
- 使用後は、柔らかいスポンジと中性洗剤をぬるま湯に溶かして洗い、布で乾拭きしてください。
