使用とお手入れ
- IHを含む、あらゆるコンロに対応。
- 表面に植物油を薄く塗り、食品を加える前にフライパンを予熱します。
- 柔らかいスポンジで手洗いし、完全に乾かしてください。
- 石鹸や刺激の強い洗剤は使用しないでください。
- 錆びを防ぐため、調理後はフライパンからすべての食品を取り出してください。
- フライパンがまだ温かいうちに、植物油を少量表面に塗ってください。
- 乾燥した場所に保管してください。
背景
柳宗理は1915年、東京に生まれました。民藝（日本の民俗芸術）運動を推進し、庶民の手作りの芸術を尊重し、日常の品の中に美を発見した父、柳宗悦に大きな影響を受けました。これが日本民藝館の設立につながりました。
1934年に東京美術学校で芸術と建築の両方を学んだ柳宗理は、ル・コルビュジエとシャルロット・ペリアンに触発され、絵画や建物よりもデザインや物に関心を寄せました。第二次世界大戦後、家具、三輪車、オリンピック聖火台、歩道橋など、さまざまな製品を制作しました。
1955年、洋食器株式会社ニホンは、スチール製造の中心地である新潟県燕市に設立されました。柳宗理のほとんどの製品の製造元です。
