使用とお手入れ
- ガスコンロ、電子レンジ、オーブン、ハロゲンコンロに対応していますが、IH調理器には対応していません。
- 焦げ付いたキャセロールをきれいにするには、水を沸騰させ、重曹大さじ1を加えます。弱火で2〜3分煮てから、火を止めます。冷ましてから洗ってください（手洗いをお勧めします）。キャセロールをすぐに洗わないと、状況が悪化したり、悪臭が発生したりする可能性があるため、頻繁に洗うことをお勧めします。
