飯切蓋は必需品のキッチン用品です。この伝統的な日本の調理器具は、美しい柾目模様と銅の装飾が施されており、キッチンに洗練された雰囲気を添えます。木曽地方の椹材を使用し、熟練した職人が伝統的な製法で手作りしています。椹材の天然樹脂は、他の種類の木材と比較して耐水性と耐久性に優れており、抗菌保護を提供します。
使用とお手入れ
飯切蓋を長年お使いいただくために、適切なお手入れをしてください。使用後は必ず（熱い）水で洗い、布で拭いて乾かしてください。食器洗い機の使用は避け、黒ずみの原因となる食品の残留物を残さないようにしてください。また、木材の天然樹脂が表面からにじみ出て、黄色っぽくベタベタした染みのような外観になることがあります。これは無害ですが、酢またはエタノール液（消毒用アルコール）で拭き取ることができます。
