飯台寿司ボウルは、日本で手作りされた椹（さわら）の木で作られた、盛り付けと寿司作りに欠かせない道具です。洗練されたデザインが特徴で、柾目模様と銅の装飾が施されています。この木材は強度と耐水性に優れており、調理器具に最適です。べたつきを取り除くには、酢またはエタノール液を使用してください。使用後はきちんと洗い、風通しの良い涼しい場所で乾燥させてください。食器洗い機は使用しないでください。株式会社ミヤビウルシ工芸がある長野県木曽地域から調達しています。
