特徴
- 岩鋳の鉄の高い蓄熱性は、食材の味を引き出します。深鍋なのでおでんやすき焼きなどの料理に適しています。
使用とお手入れ
- 使い始める前に、本体をお湯で洗い、軽く加熱して水分を蒸発させます。その後、食用油を塗って野菜くずなどを炒め、油を十分に吸収させます。
- 急冷したり、製品を落としたりすると、ひび割れやひび割れの原因となりますのでご注意ください。表面は錆びを防ぐために焼付塗装が施されているため、金属製のヘラやスクラバーなど、加工面を傷つける可能性のあるものは使用しないでください。
- 岩鋳の鉄器は、直火とIHクッキングヒーター（Ih200V）の両方に対応しています。IHクッキングヒーターをご使用の際は、変形防止と安全のため、中火以下に設定し、クッキングヒーターの状態や内部温度に十分ご注意ください。
