使用とお手入れ
南部鉄器フライパンは、直火およびIH調理器（Ih200V）に対応しています。ただし、電磁調理器を使用する場合は、変形を避け、安全を確保するために、中〜弱の電力設定を使用してください。フライパンを長期間使用すると、油がなじみ、耐錆性、耐焦げ付き性が向上し、食品が表面に付着する可能性があります。これを防ぐために、調理する前に毎回表面に油を塗ってください。
使用後は、洗剤を使わずに、お湯でスクラブブラシまたはブラシで洗ってください。洗剤は表面の油を洗い流し、錆や焦げ付きを起こしやすくする可能性があります。洗浄後、軽くフライパンを加熱して水分を完全に蒸発させ、冷ましてください。保管するときは、錆を防ぐためにキッチンペーパーで薄く油を塗ってください。
鋳鉄製のため、南部鉄器フライパンはかなり重いです。落下や急冷を避けるため、取り扱いには注意してください。ひび割れの原因となることがあります。また、使用中は非常に高温になり、火傷をする可能性があるため、温度に注意してください。
食品をフライパンに長時間放置すると、食品中のタンニンと化学反応を起こし、黒くなることがあります。これは人体には無害ですが、これを避けるために、食品をフライパンに長時間放置したり、別の容器に保管したりしないでください。
