この伝統的な南部鉄器鉄瓶は、ユニークで現代的な丸みを帯びたデザインで、ケトルが熱くなっても涼しい、目を引く木製の蓋ノブが特徴です。使用方法とお手入れ
このケトルは、底の直径が原因で、IH調理器には対応していません。お湯を沸かす専用です。お茶やその他の植物を中で浸さないでください。初めて使用する前に、お湯（石鹸は使用しないでください）で2〜3回すすぎ、内部で水を沸騰させてから捨ててください。使用後は毎回、水を空にし、弱火で加熱してケトルを乾かしてください。ケトルの内側を洗ったりこすったりしないでください。必ず乾燥した場所に保管してください。背景
株式会社池永鉄工所は、1937年以来、合金、ブッシング、圧延機ロールなどの鋼鋳物を大阪で製造しています。南部鉄器は、1975年に指定された盛岡市と奥州市水沢で作られた伝統工芸品です。この種の鋳鉄製品は、約400年と900年前にそれぞれ南部氏と藤原氏によって開発され、茶道に使用されました。鉄砂、川砂、粘土、漆、木炭など、必要な材料はすべて地元で調達できます。
