この伝統的な南部鉄器鉄瓶は、現代的な丸みを帯びたユニークなデザインで、キッチンに最適です。目を引く木製の蓋のつまみは、ケトルが熱くなっても冷たいままになるように設計されています。使用＆amp;Amp; お手入れ
底の直径により、このケトルはIH調理器に対応していません。お湯を沸かす専用で、お茶や植物を煮出すためのものではありません。初めてケトルを使用する前に、熱湯（石鹸は使用しないでください）で2〜3回すすいでください。次に、ケトルで水を沸騰させて、その水を捨ててください。使用後は毎回、ケトルに残った水を空にし、弱火で加熱してケトルを完全に乾かしてください。ケトルの内側を洗ったりこすったりしないで、乾燥した場所に保管してください。背景
株式会社池永鉄工は、1937年に大阪で創業した日本の会社です。合金、ブッシング、圧延ロールなどの鋼鋳物の製造を専門としています。南部鉄器は、1975年に指定された盛岡市と奥州市水沢の伝統工芸品です。400年以上前に盛岡城を築いた南部氏は、茶道用の鉄器の生産に大きく貢献しました。水沢の鉄器は、もともと900年前に藤原氏によって開発されました。この伝統工芸品は現在も生産され使用されており、あらゆるキッチンに最適です。
