1.手のひらにある10円硬貨を、顔の5箇所（頬、量、鼻、あご）に置いて、指一本で顔全体に広げます。 2.そんな保谷学の広い部分から紹介し、スパイラルを描きながら顔の隅々まで柔らかく丁寧にファンデーションや汚れをつけましょう。特に、鼻の穴の側面などの小さな部分は、指先で慎重に行われます。うまく適応し、数回繰り返します。 3.次に、水またはぬるま湯で十分に洗い流します。
◇傷やむくみ、湿疹、色落ち（白斑など）や肌の黒ずみなどの異常にご注意ください。お肌に合わない場合は使用を中止し、皮膚科医等にご相談ください。 ◇目をつぶってご注意ください。目に入った場合は、すぐに冷水または温水ですすいでください。 ◇衣服に付着した場合は、すぐに洗剤でよく洗ってください。洗浄の際はピンク色に変色する恐れがありますので、塩素系漂白剤の使用はご遠慮ください。
