半切は、伝統的な日本の木製ボウルで、炊いたご飯を準備し、保存するための必需品です。EBMの半切は、耐久性があり防水性のある日本のサワラで作られており、長年使用できます。天然木は炊いたご飯から余分な水分を吸収し、大きな混合面はご飯をすばやく冷まします。半切はお手入れが簡単で、どんなキッチンにも最適です。
始める前に
半切を初めて使用する前に、ボウルに熱湯を入れ、180mlの酢を加えます。この混合物を2〜3時間置いて、木の松ヤニと苦味を軽減します。冷めたら、ボウルを洗い、柔らかいティータオルで乾かします。半切を使用するときは、必ずボウルの内側を濡らし、軽く乾かして変色を防いでください。
お手入れとメンテナンス
半切のお手入れは簡単です。水を入れて、柔らかいブラシでご飯や残留物を取り除くだけです。水または石鹸水で洗ってください。ただし、刺激の強い洗剤や漂白剤は使用しないでください。ボウルをすぐに柔らかいタオルで拭き、直射日光や極端な温度を避けて乾燥した場所に保管してください。半切を長時間浸さないでください。カビが生える可能性があります。木が変色しているように見える場合は、レモンジュース溶液を使用して色を取り戻してください。
