パーカーアサヒのサニタリーカッティングボードは、プロのシェフにとって必需品です。木材に似た質感と適度な弾力性により、刃へのダメージが少なくなります。また、水切れが早く、水気を吸収しにくく、バクテリアやカビの繁殖を促進する可能性も低いです。耐久性があり、傷がつきにくく、耐摩耗性があり、煮沸消毒にも耐えます。さらに、汚れや臭いがつきにくいです。
使用とお手入れ
カッティングボードを良好な状態に保つために、中性洗剤（できればナイロンブラシで）で洗い、完全に乾かしてください。しつこい汚れには、漂白剤を使用できますが、長時間浸け置きするのは避けてください。食器洗い機には対応しておらず、加熱すると柔らかくなったり、曲がったりする可能性があります。ただし、UV滅菌器には対応していますが、長期的な暴露は変色の原因となる可能性があります。また、火の近くに置いたり、熱い鍋を置いたり、保管時に立てかけたりしないでください。
ボードには合成ゴムと木粉の臭いがする場合がありますが、食品衛生のための材料試験と溶解試験の安全基準を満たしています。臭いは時間とともに消えるはずです。
