使用とお手入れ
- 南部鉄器をご使用になる際は、まず本体をお湯で洗い、軽く加熱して水分を蒸発させてください。その後、使用前にたっぷりと調理油を塗ってください。
- ひび割れやひび割れを防ぐため、急冷したり、鉄を落としたりしないでください。
