1.顔の5箇所（頬、量、鼻、あご）に置いた10円硬貨の大きさを目安に、指全体で顔全体に広げます。 2.そんな保谷学の広い部分から始めて、スパイラルを描きながら、土台をやさしくこすり、顔の隅々まで汚れさせます。特に、鼻の穴の側面などの小さな部分は、指先で慎重に行われます。うまく適応し、数回繰り返します。 3.次に、水またはぬるま湯で十分に洗い流します。 ※目はデリケートな部分ですので、やさしくしてください。 ※量が少なく、ファンデーションや汚れが浮きにくい場合、肌をこすり負担になる場合があります。 *生え際や内側の角、鼻孔、下、鼻の下あごの顔のラインなど、すすぎを残しやすいので、特に注意深く行ってください。
◇傷やむくみ、湿疹、色落ち（白斑など）や肌の黒ずみなどの異常にご注意ください。お肌に合わない場合は使用を中止し、皮膚科医等にご相談ください。
