Hikiyose 木製製品は、現代的なデザインと 2 つの伝統的な製造技術である「木地挽き」と「寄木」の完璧な組み合わせです。木地挽きとは、刃物と旋盤を使って木材をボウルの形に成形する工程です。寄木とは、さまざまな種類の木片を組み合わせた木製のモザイク作品です。
Hikiyose 木製製品は、Kaichi Design の山田佳一郎氏によってデザインされ、2014 年にグッドデザイン賞を受賞しました。
使用とお手入れ
Hikiyose 木製製品を最高の状態で使用するために、高温多湿、極度の乾燥、または直射日光の当たる場所での長時間の使用は避けてください。ひび割れや変形の原因となることがあります。また、落下や強い衝撃もひび割れや破損の原因となりますので、ご注意ください。Hikiyose は、ガスコンロ、電子レンジ、食器洗い機には対応していません。また、長時間水に浸すと、ひび割れや曲がりの原因となりますので、避けてください。シンナーやベンジンなどの研磨剤は、コーティングが剥がれる原因となりますので、使用しないでください。最後に、食品を入れたままにしたり、濡れたままにしておくと、シミ、カビ、または細菌の繁殖の原因となりますので避けてください。使い始めに匂いが気になる場合は、お湯を注いで 3 分待ってから、排水し、よく拭いてからご使用ください。使用後は、柔らかいスポンジとぬるま湯に溶かした中性洗剤で洗い、布でよく拭いてください。
