この便利なサイズのソースパンは、どんなキッチンやテーブルにも最適です。ガスコンロとオーブンの両方に対応しており、熱伝導率が高く、熱を均等に分散する銅で作られているため、食材の風味を維持するのに役立ちます。
使用とお手入れ
- このソースパンは、ガスコンロのみに対応しており、IH調理器には対応していません。
- 初めて使用する前に、柔らかいスポンジと中性洗剤で洗ってください。
- メッキが剥がれるのを防ぐため、調理後すぐに食品を取り出してください。
- 使用後は毎回、柔らかいスポンジと中性洗剤で洗ってください。
- 内側の汚れが落ちにくい場合は、硬めのスポンジでこすり洗いしてください。ただし、強くこすりすぎないように注意してください。
- 必ず中身が入った状態でソースパンを加熱し、自然に冷ましてください。
