使用とお手入れ：
- 使用後は、中性洗剤で洗い（ナイロンブラシを使用するのが望ましい）、十分に乾燥させてください。しつこい汚れには、家庭用漂白剤を使用できますが、長時間の浸け置きは避けてください。
- 食器洗い機には対応していません。洗浄や乾燥で加熱すると、ボードが柔らかくなり、曲がる可能性があります。
- UV滅菌器に対応しています。長時間の暴露は変色の原因となることがありますが、品質には問題ありません。
- 火のそばに置いたり、熱い鍋を置いたりすると、変形する恐れがあります。また、立てかけて保管すると、反りや変形の原因となることがあります。
- 合成ゴムと木粉の臭いがする場合がありますが、食品衛生検査の材料試験と溶解試験の安全基準を満たしています。臭いは使用しているうちに徐々に消えていきます。
