このキャセロールは、ガスコンロ、電子レンジ、オーブン、ハロゲンコンロに対応していますが、IH調理器には対応していません。焦げ付いたキャセロールをきれいにするには、キャセロールに水を沸騰させ、重曹大さじ1杯を加えて弱火で2〜3分煮ます。火を止めてから、キャセロールを冷まして洗ってください（手洗いをお勧めします）。焦げ付いたキャセロールを洗わないと、悪化したり、悪臭の原因になることがありますので、頻繁に洗うことをお勧めします。背景
