- 日本の伝統的な長さの単位である「寸（すん）」は1⁄33 M（30.303 Mm）です。

使用とお手入れ
- カステラ枠の高さは非常に短いので、焼くには2つまたは3つの枠が必要になることに注意してください。お好みの高さのフレームをお選びください。
- 通常、カステラケーキを焼くには2つまたは3つのフレームが使用されます。ベーキングの途中でベースフレームにフレームを追加して、成長するケーキがベーキングスチールカバーに触れないようにします。
