使用方法とお手入れ方法
このフライパンは直火とIH調理器（IH200V）の両方に対応しています。ただし、電磁調理器をご使用の際は、高出力は変形や安全上の問題につながる可能性があるため、火力を中以下にしてください。また、鋳鉄製品は長期間使用すると、錆びにくく、焦げ付きにくくなります。最初は食材が焦げ付きやすい場合があります。これを避けるには、調理するたびに表面に油を塗ってください。
