使用とお手入れ方法
- ご使用前に、鉄の本体を熱湯ですすぎ、軽く加熱して水分を蒸発させます。その後、食用油を塗って野菜くずなどを炒め、油を十分に吸収させます。
- 急冷したり、鉄を落としたりしないでください。ひび割れやひび割れの原因となります。
- 表面は錆を防ぐための焼き付け塗装が施されています。加工された表面を傷つける可能性のある金属製のヘラ、スクラバー、またはその他のアイテムの使用は避けてください。
- 直火およびIH調理器（Ih200V）に対応しています。IH調理器を使用する場合は、変形や安全上の理由から、火力を中以下に保ち、調理器の状態と内部温度に注意してください。
