使用方法とお手入れ
- 岩鋳製のこの鋳鉄製フライパンは、直火およびIH調理器（Ih200V）に対応しています。電磁調理器を使用する際は、変形を防ぎ、鍋の安全性を確保するために、出力を中以下に保ってください。
- 鍋の表面の油は時間とともに馴染み、錆びにくく、焦げ付きにくくなります。食材が鍋にこびりつくのを防ぐために、調理前に表面に油を塗ってください。
- 使用後は、タワシまたはブラシで熱湯で洗ってください。洗剤は表面の油を洗い流し、鍋が錆びたり焦げ付いたりしやすくなるため、使用しないでください。洗浄後、鍋を軽く加熱して水を完全に蒸発させ、冷ましてください。鍋を保管するときは、錆びを防ぐためにキッチンペーパーで薄く油を塗ってください。
- 鋳鉄製品は重いです。落下させたり、急冷したりすると、ひび割れの原因となることがあります。また、使用中は本体とハンドルが非常に熱くなり、火傷の恐れがありますので、取り扱いには十分ご注意ください。
- 食品を鋳鉄製品に入れたままにしておくと、食品中のタンニンとの化学反応により、食品が黒くなることがあります。これは人体に無害ですが、調理後は食品を鍋に入れたままにしたり、別の容器に入れて保管したりしないでください。
