- 岩鋳の鉄の高い蓄熱性は、食材のうまみを引き出し、鍋料理やすき焼きなどに最適です。深鍋なので。
使用とお手入れ
- 使い始める前に、まず本体をお湯でよくすすぎ、軽く加熱して水分を蒸発させます。その後、食用油を塗って野菜くずなどを炒め、油を十分に染み込ませます。
- ひび割れの原因となりますので、急冷したり落としたりしないでください。
- 表面は錆を防ぐために焼付塗装を施しています。加工面に傷がつくおそれのある金属製のヘラ、スクラバー、その他のものを使用しないでください。
- 本製品は直火およびIHクッキングヒーター（Ih200V）に対応しています。 IHクッキングヒーターをご使用の際は、中火以下で使用し、変形防止のため、また安全のため、クッキングヒーターの状態や内部温度に注意してください。
