この岩鋳のフライパンは、直火とIHクッキングヒーター（Ih200V）の両方に対応しています。電磁調理器を使用する場合は、安全のため、また変形を防ぐために、出力を中以下にしてください。食品がフライパンに付着しにくくするために、調理する前に表面に油を塗ってください。使用後は、お湯とスクラブブラシで洗ってください。ただし、油を洗い流してしまうため、洗剤は使用しないでください。次に、軽く加熱して水を蒸発させ、保管する前に十分に冷ましてください。フライパンを取り扱う際は、重い鋳鉄は落としたり急冷したりするとひび割れしやすいので、注意してください。また、本体や取っ手は非常に熱くなる可能性があるため、素手で触れないでください。調理後は食品を入れたままにしないでください。背景
