この鉄瓶は沸騰したお湯専用に設計されており、底の直径が原因でIHには対応していません。初めて使用する前に、お湯ですすぎ（石鹸は使用しないでください）、2〜3回、鉄瓶でお湯を沸かし、お湯を捨ててください。この鉄瓶を使用するたびに、必ずお湯を捨て、弱火で加熱して鉄瓶を完全に乾かしてください。鉄瓶の内側を洗ったりこすったりせず、乾燥した場所に保管してください。背景
Ikenaga Iron Works Co.,Ltd. は、1937 年に大阪で設立されました。南部鉄器は 1975 年に伝統工芸品に指定され、盛岡市と奥州市水沢で製造されています。約 400 年前に盛岡城を築いた南部氏が、この工芸の発展に貢献しました。鉄砂、川砂、粘土、漆、炭など、鉄器の製造に必要なすべての材料は地元で入手可能です。水沢の鉄器はもともと約 900 年前に、黄金文化を築いた藤原氏によって開発されました。
