この飯台の蓋はサワラ材で作られています。サワラ材は古来より日本の伝統的な調理器具を作るために使用されてきました。蓋の各サイズは、同じサイズの飯台と互換性があります（例：33cmの蓋は33cmの飯台）。この蓋は、職人が伝統的な製法で手作りしており、美しい柾目（ストレートグレイン）模様と銅の装飾が洗練された外観を与えています。
特徴
- 天然のサワラ材は、他の種類の木材よりも多くの樹脂を含んでいるため、耐水性が高く、自然な抗菌効果により耐久性があります。
- 木曽地方産の「サワラ」材を使用し、職人が伝統的な製法で手作りしています。美しい柾目（ストレートグレイン）模様と銅の装飾が洗練された外観を与えています。
- 蓋の各サイズは、同じサイズの飯台と互換性があります（例：33cmの蓋は33cmの飯台）。
使用とお手入れ
- 樹脂が表面ににじみ出ることがあります。しかし、それは自然の成分であり、黄色っぽく、べたつきがあり、染みのような外観にもかかわらず無害です。酢またはエタノール液（消毒用アルコール）で拭き取ると、べたつきを取り除くことができます。黄色の染みが残る場合がありますが、安全に使用する上で問題はありません。
- 蓋は使用後、食品の残留物が残らないように、（熱い）水で十分に洗う必要があります。食品の残留物は黒ずみの原因となる可能性があります。洗浄後は、水気を切り、乾いた布で拭き、直射日光を避けて風通しの良い涼しい場所で乾燥させてください。残った水分を拭き取らずに乾燥させると、木材がすぐに収縮し、ひび割れや周囲の銅の装飾の緩みの原因となります。濡れた状態が長ければ長いほど、カビが生えたり、黒ずんだりする可能性があります。
- 食器洗い機には対応していません。
