南部鉄器フライパンは岩手県の伝統工芸品で、蓄熱性に優れた極厚フライパンで、食材に均一に熱を伝えることができます。このフライパンで料理を楽しんで、さらに楽しいものにしましょう！
使用方法とお手入れ
- 南部鉄器フライパンは直火、IHクッキングヒーター（IH200V）に対応しています。電磁調理器は非常に強力ですので、フライパンに十分注意し、変形を防ぎ安全を確保するため、中程度の火力以下で使用してください。
- 鉄製フライパンを長く使用すると、油がなじみ、錆びにくく、焦げ付きにくくなります。食品が鍋に付着するのを防ぐために、調理する前に毎回表面に軽く油を塗ってください。
- 使用後は、洗剤を使わずに、こすり洗いブラシまたはお湯でブラシでフライパンを洗ってください。洗剤を使用すると、表面の油が洗い流され、錆びや焦げ付きやすくなります。洗浄後は、軽く加熱して水を完全に蒸発させ、十分に冷ましてください。保管する際は、錆びを防ぐため、キッチンペーパーなどで薄く油を塗ってください。
- 鉄製品は非常に重いため、取り扱いにはご注意ください。落下や急冷はひび割れの原因となります。また、使用中は本体やハンドルが非常に高温になり、火傷の原因となることがありますので、素手で触れないでください。
- 鉄製品に食品を入れたままにしておくと、食品中のタンニンと化学反応を起こし、食品が黒くなることがあります。人体には無害ですが、調理後は食品を入れたままにしたり、別の容器に保管したりしないでください。
