背景
能作株式会社は、1916年より日本の高岡市で錫製品を製造しています。高岡は、400年以上にわたって製造されてきた鋳造金属製品の大量生産で知られています。複雑なディテールとデザインは、経験豊富な職人の手によるもので、錫製品一つ一つがユニークな作品となっています。
富山県観光連盟は、「銅器は、鋳型成形、鋳造、仕上げ、着色など、いくつかの工程を経て製造され、これらの工程にはそれぞれベテラン職人の技術が必要です。美しく形作られた銅器製品は、これらのすべての工程が組み合わさった結果です」と述べています。
