新潟県燕市の日 metal 食器株式会社が製造する、柳宗理デザインのキッチン用品と食器をご紹介します。この刃物・鋼材製造センターは、独自の3層クラッドブレードを開発しました。モリブデンバナジウムステンレス鋼のコアを、より柔らかいステンレス鋼でコーティングし、衛生的な18-8ステンレス鋼のハンドルをブレードにシームレスに取り付け、研磨ブラスト仕上げで優れたグリップを提供します。
両刃の刃は、日本の新潟県の熟練した刀匠によって作られており、2003年にはグッドデザイン賞も受賞しました。さらに、食器洗い機で安全に使用でき、長年使用できます。
背景
柳宗理は1915年に日本の東京で生まれました。彼の父である柳宗悦は、普通の人々の手作りの芸術を尊重し、日常の普通の物の中に美を発見する「民芸（日本の民芸）」の普及を始めました。宗悦はまた、日本民芸館の設立を支援しました。
宗理は1934年に東京美術学校で美術と建築を学びました。彼は1940年代初頭に日本で働いていたル・コルビュジエとシャルロット・ペリアンに触発され、「デザインとオブジェクト」に特に関心を持つようになりました。第二次世界大戦後、宗理は家具、三輪車、オリンピックの大釜、歩道橋など、さまざまな製品を設計しました。彼は、1954年のウォーターケトル、バタフライチェア、磁器および銀器シリーズで最も有名です。
