使用とお手入れ方法
- 直火およびIH調理器（IH200V）に対応しています。安全のため、またフライパンの変形を防ぐため、フライパンに十分注意し、火力は中以下にしてください。
- 使用後は、たわしやブラシを使ってお湯で洗ってください。錆びを防ぐため、軽く加熱して水分をすべて蒸発させ、冷ましてからキッチンペーパーで薄く油を塗ってください。
- 取り扱いには、鋳鉄製品は重いので注意してください。落としたり、焦げ付かせたりすると、ひび割れの原因となることがあり、本体や取っ手が非常に熱くなり、火傷をするおそれがあります。
- 食品中のタンニンと化学反応を起こし、黒くなることがあるので、食品を鍋に入れたままにしないでください。これを避けるため、調理後は食品を別の容器に移してください。
