- 天然木のボウルは、炊いたご飯から余分な水分を吸収するように設計されており、広い混合面により、熱いご飯をすばやく冷ますことができます。
初めて使用する前に
- 木材の松ヤニと苦味を軽減するには、木製のボウルに熱湯を入れます。水に180mlの酢を加えて、通常2〜3時間、冷えるまでそのままにします。
- 冷めたら、ボウルを水で洗い、柔らかいお茶のタオルでpromptlyに乾かします。
使用する前に
- ボウルを最高の状態に保つために、半切の内側を濡らし、柔らかいお茶のタオルで軽く乾かすか、湿らせた布でボウルの内側を拭いて、わずかに湿らせます。
- これにより、ボウルの変色を防ぎ、食品からの臭いの移行も防ぎます。
使用後とケア
- 使用後、半切に水を入れ、柔らかいブラシでご飯とボウルに残った残留物を取り除きます。
- ボウルを水/石鹸水で洗いますが、刺激の強い洗剤や漂白剤は避けてください。
- ボウルは洗浄後、柔らかいお茶のタオルでpromptlyに乾燥させ、直射日光や極端な温度から離れた乾燥した場所に保管する必要があります。
