特徴
- 岩鋳の鉄器は高い蓄熱性を持ち、食材の美味しさを引き出します。
- 煮る、焼く、炒める、燻す、蒸すなど、様々な用途にご利用いただけます。
使用＆amp;Amp; お手入れ
- 使い始めは、本体を熱湯で洗い、軽く熱して水分を蒸発させてください。その後、調理油を塗って野菜くずなどを炒め、油が十分に染み込んでからご使用ください。
- 急冷したり、落としたりすると、ひび割れや破損の原因となりますのでご注意ください。
- 錆び止めのため、焼き付け塗装を施してあります。そのため、金属製のヘラやタワシなど、加工面を傷つける可能性のあるものは使用しないでください。
- 直火、IHクッキングヒーター（Ih200V）に対応しています。IHクッキングヒーターをご使用の際は、中火以下で使用し、変形防止のため、また安全のため、クッキングヒーターの状態や内部温度に十分注意してください。
