- 燗酒、常温、冷酒にもお使いいただけます。
使用方法とお手入れ方法
- 使用後はよく洗い、よく乾燥させてから保管してください。
- 弱火でご使用ください。
- 鋳鉄製品は非常に重いので、ご使用の際はご注意ください。また、落下や急冷はひび割れの原因となりますのでご注意ください。
- 使用中は本体や取っ手を素手で触らないでください。非常に熱くなり、火傷の原因となることがあります。
- 使い始めは、軽くすすぎ、8分目まで水を入れ、中火で沸騰させ、水を捨ててください。これを2～3回繰り返します。
