耐久性と鉄分摂取
マグマプレートは、高温に加熱しても特に耐久性があり、炒め物に最適です。また、長期間使用できるように設計されており、定期的なシーズニングメンテナンスが維持に役立ちます。さらに、鍋に含まれる鉄分が溶け出し、鉄分摂取を助けます。
使用と手入れ
マグマプレートは、ガスコンロ、IHクッキングヒーター、ラジエントヒーター、ハロゲンヒーター、プレートヒーターに適しています。電子レンジやオーブンには適していません。初回使用前および使用ごとに、薄く油を塗ってシーズニングすることをお勧めします。これにより、鍋の錆びや焦げ付きを防ぐことができます。また、油膜を維持するために、洗剤ではなくスポンジと熱湯で洗うことをお勧めします。酸性またはアルカリ性の強い食品は酸化皮膜を剥離させ、銀色または白色に変色させることがありますが、剥離した酸化皮膜は食べても無害です。
